I love Joy's energy, enthusiasm and desire to work for change in our current political system. She was a major factor in the Bill of Rights Defense Committee's successful efforts to have the City of Dallas strike down certain unconstitutiona l portions of the Patriot Act and continues to be a force of change for Dallas County through her current efforts to introduce the Green Party on local college campuses.
